Creative Fabrica is a graphics, craft and font marketplace with a ton of really low priced, high quality stuff. Sign up for their Daily Gifts or just browse all their freebies and "almost free" stuff starting from $1. The paid subscription is very reasonable at $19 for all the graphics and fonts you can download, and their licensing is very liberable.
Creative Market
Creative Market is a fantastic resource for free stuff because every week they have about six new freebies to download, including Graphics, Templates, Mockups, Fonts, PhotoShop add-ons, etc. Definitely worth checking out and signing up for notifications of when the next freebies are available! When you first visit the site you will also be presented with a popup which offers a discount on any of their paid products you might want to buy in the future..
Design Bundles
DesignBundles.net has an excellent range of Free Designs to download instantly from their Free Design Resources section. They are 100% free – no strings attached and most of them come with the Design Bundle Premium License for Commercial Use, including their Free Design of the Week. You can find SVGs, graphic packs, illustrations, icons, templates, backgrounds, textures and more on this well stocked marketplace website.
DesignCoon
Design Coon has lots of evergreen freebies you can download for free, including Mock-Up Templates, Website PSDs, Images, App Mock-Ups and more. You can download unlimited items for personal and commercial use, but you will have to submit your email in order to access them.
Flat Icon
FlatIcon.com has an incredible 1,012,000 vector icons grouped into 20,057 packs. It’s arguably the largest database of free icons available in PNG, SVG, EPS, PSD and Base 64 formats. The FREE basic license allows you to use a large selection of Flat Icon contents for your projects as long as they are attributed to their author in the final project. The very reasonably priced Premium license gives you access to many more icons and means you can use any icon without attribution.

The Freepik website is a great vector graphics resource you can use FREE for personal and commercial purposes, but you must give attribution when you use their work in your projects. They have a paid option if you’d rather not give attribution. You can search by keyword or browse by popularity or latest vectors. They create hundreds of new vectors daily so there is always something fresh to use in your websites, banners, presentations etc.
Graphic Burger
There are lots of tasty, evergreen freebies on the Graphic Burger website, including Icons, Logos, Textures, Instagram Story Templates, T-Shirt Mock-ups and more. You don’t even need to sign up to download, but there is a “Buy me a coffee” button if you’re feeling generous.
Icon Finder
The Icon Finder website has 2,664,174 SVG icons in 12 different styles including Flat, Outline, 3D and Hand-drawn. You can search by keyword or browse through 60 different categories. You can also filter the results by price, including FREE, and by license type, including Commercial Use with no link back required. If you’re at a point where you’re happy to pay for an icon, you can also choose from thousands of high-quality icons licensed for professional use by purchasing individual items or signing up to one of the reasonably priced subscription plans.

Icono is a relatively small website but there are currently over 3,000 icons to download over 5 different free collections. Definitely worth taking a having a look at.
illustAC
IllustAc is a highly searchable website with more than 700,000 clip art in 29 categories, including business cards, textures, icons, birthday cards and so much more. Attribution is not required even for commercial use projects but as a free member you are limited to a maximum of nine downloads each day.
Inky Deals
Inky Deals is a marketplace website that is very popular with creatives looking for great value paid bundles. As well as having a FREE section with every changing deals, they almost always allow you to download a no obligation free sample of each paid product so you can decide if you want to buy or not. Click on “Free Deals” in the navigation bar to see all the latest freebies that are available for download.
Mighty Deals
Mighty Deals is another marketplace website that has time sensitive deals. It’s very popular with graphic artists, video creators and other creatives because of the great value bundles at low prices. If you click on “Free Deals” in the navigation menu you’ll see the current deals available to download at no charge, but remember if you see something you like grab it while you can as the even the free deals expire.
Pattern Swatches
This website is a handy resource for finding pattern swatches that you can use in an editor like Photoshop or one of the free alternative Photoshop tools. Use commercially with attribution. They also have a Photoshop plugin you can download to make using the patterns easier.
PD Clipart
The PD Clipart site is home to “25,000+ Public Domain Clip Art…. and Growing!” Search by keyword or browse through 135 categories and sub-categories. Everything is free to use in both personal and commercial projects and even in products for resale.
Pinterest can be a great resource for searching for free graphics you might not find elsewhere. You’ll need to have an account already or create a free one. Once you’re logged in just enter “free graphics” in the search bar. As always, check the license terms for any graphics you intend to use.

Once you’ve chosen your graphic you can download immediately or even click to edit it in their built-in online editor.
